I'm Surekha Srivastava. After nearly 2 decades at Google leading global HR programs and high-performing teams, I launched AceWorks HR to bring those insights to small businesses and tech startups, helping you build strong, thriving teams.​​
​I turn big-company experience into strategies that work for your stage and culture. That includes developing comprehensive onboarding plans, designing customized wellness programs, implementing remote team best practices, building practical, scalable performance management, and helping you explore simple, thoughtful ways to use AI in your HR workflows. I also provide 1-1 support for managers and individuals navigating career transitions, helping you feel confident as you take your next steps.

Outside of work, I love life with my husband, kids, and our dog Ace, the loyal, enthusiastic spirit who inspired the name AceWorks. Whether I’m playing piano, gardening, or planning our next travel adventure, I bring that same curiosity, care, and energy into everything I do.
